Who NEEDS funding??
I’m looking for 5-7 operators to partner with over the next 18 months. I’ll provide the capital for your deal in exchange for a GP equity stake.
Preference is for larger commercial deals and experienced operators in any commercial RE asset class.
I am not a mortgage broker or lender. Funds are sourced from my investor network.
