Looking to connect with investors for Regina real estate deals (Flips & Rentals) 🏘️

I’m an experienced real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Regina, currently focused on flips for short-term income and rentals for long-term wealth building.

Since 2018, I’ve bought and managed multiple revenue properties — from room rentals in university to single family to funding a flips and my newest project a 4-plex in Manitoba. I also co-founded a property management company and successfully managed a couple properties with a partner.

Beyond real estate, I have a strong foundation in business and leadership:

Former restaurant owner (2010)
Management experience in the service industry
Currently working in support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities
Proud board member for the Saskatchewan Blind Sports Association (SBSA)

I’m now looking to partner with investors who want to grow their capital without having to manage day-to-day real estate operations. I bring local market knowledge, renovation management, and a boots-on-the-ground mindset.
