Canadians Flipping Houses in Texas
I have over 30 years of experience in Flipping houses. I'm a Certified Real Estate Investment Coach specializing in Flipping and a Realtor in Ontario. I have Flipping down to a perfected system that works in Canada and the USA. I have most of the pieces in place to flip in San Antonio and am now looking for a JV partner(s): you handle anything money - I'll handle everything else. The numbers are the purchase price between $150,000 to $250,000 and the net profit between $80,000 to $100,000 USD on each flip. Yea really!
