Hi all! I posted this video lightly exploring the idea that after a general shift in consciousness or even choosing to feel better as a practice our bodies aren’t getting the memos quite yet. Interrupting the pattern of fight/flight and survival reaction to practice “responding” AFTER processing information seems to be the way to endure the backswing from conscious shift.
