Who is Carl Sheridan?
I am someone who gives myself time and space before the world arrives. In those early moments I breathe, settle and prepare to meet the day with calm and purpose. My rituals shift with the seasons, but the intention stays the same. Create rhythm. Create awareness. Create presence.
I believe in care. Not the soft kind that folds, but the kind that stands tall, shapes courage and holds space when others cannot. Care is how I meet the world, and it is how I connect with people. With an open chest I lead with honesty, knowing that real connection begins when two people are willing to be seen.
Creativity grows from time and space. Give me a blank canvas, quiet, movement or breath and something comes alive. I create to give form to what I feel.
I fill myself first so I can give fully. My work is to build identity, shape connection and help people and communities grow through care, calm, presence and fullness.
