This week, find one message that tried to rush you: an email, text, DM, ad, or checkout page. Ask four questions before you act: 1. What do they want right now? Money, a login, a code, a click, a reply? 2. What emotion are they pushing? Fear, greed, shame, belonging, or fear of missing out? 3. Can I reach the real source another way? Use a site you type yourself, an app you already have, or a phone number you already know, not the link in the message. 4. Who benefits if I'm wrong? If anything asks for passwords, codes, or a sudden payment, pause and verify from the source. Don't "just check" through the original link if it feels off. Reply here with what kind of message it was and which question helped most. No private screenshots, and please don't forward scams to other members. Want a one-page version to keep handy?
