I have a dream of film students learning not only the art of filmmaking but also how to be professional problem solvers who are highly sought after. The kind of person producers chase with job offers instead of the other way around. I have worked in theater and film and there is a marked difference between crews for each. Generally, theater crews are more professional than fresh-out-of-film-school crew members. Let’s change that.
