Hello beautiful Lionesses, I’ve missed you — deeply. I’ve been ill these past weeks, and while my body demanded rest, my spirit was busy refining itself. There’s something about stillness that sharpens vision… and now that I’m returning, I’m coming back with new energy, clearer focus, and a deeper commitment to the woman I’m becoming — and to the women we are becoming together. As we close out this year, I’m stepping into a season of alignment and shedding — releasing whatever no longer fuels my journey or supports the goals I’m walking toward. And I invite you to do the same. This is the moment to prepare ourselves not with chaos or pressure, but with clarity, elegance, and intention. This is where we ask ourselves: “What is no longer allowed to follow me into the new year?” “Where does my alignment need to tighten so my goals can expand?” Because the truth is simple: Goals are not achieved through force. Family, I need to be real with you. Consistency has been my Achilles’ heel. I can create, coach, and pour into others with passion, but when it comes to showing up every single day—I’ve dropped the ball more than once. So I’m putting my money where my mouth is.
