Hormone balance begins with inner safety🌹
Hello beautiful, I believe most women are a little guilty of this: Pushing ourselves harder, when deep down we are already at capacity. We miss the invisible line between excelling and exceeding. While it is beautiful to grow, evolve, and create the life we desire… So often, we do this at the expense of our wellbeing. And this is where many hormone imbalances begin, especially for women over 35. 🪫Our lives are busy and we are juggling many roles, constantly giving, constantly thinking, constantly doing. ⚠️ And while we want to balance our hormones and reduce our symptoms… Many of us are living in ways that quietly suppress reproductive health, ovulation, and progesterone production. 🪫Skipping meals 🪫Relying on caffeine or stimulants for energy 🪫Pushing through exhaustion 🪫Normalising anxiety 🪫Wearing burnout like a badge of honour The result? For many women this Easter was a call for deep transformation.✨A time to leave behind the crosses they were still carrying, and to rise above all the suffering they were experiencing. Jesus’ journey represents our own humanity and provides a framework to help us face our challenges. 🍂 Fear of not being good enough 🍂 Being judged or misunderstood 🍂 Betrayal, especially by those we trust 🍂 Fear of Abandonment 🍂 Physical and emotional pain During these most challenging times, Jesus leaves us with a gift: unshakable faith He showed us how that even when pain and struggle come, we are still surrounded by love and help - a friend, a partner, a stranger, a teacher, a kind word, a new beginning.❤️ Because, as we carry our own crosses, we are never truly alone 🤍 When we fall, when we struggle, when life feels heavy, help is always near. Yet, at times we will be called to face our shadows. 🖤 The loneliness. 🖤 The darkness. 🖤 The waiting. Life may feel heavy.
