Living with PCOS can be frustrating and isolating — especially when the advice you’re given is conflicting, confusing, or dismissive.
This community exists to offer something different.
It’s a support space for people who want sensible information and real connection — without diets, pressure, or hype.
Inside, you’ll find calm, evidence-based education, thoughtful discussion, and space to learn from others who know what you're dealing with. There are no goals to hit and no expectation to “fix” yourself. Lurking is welcome. Curiosity counts.
The community is guided by an experienced women’s health GP with lived experience of PCOS. My role is to provide medical context, clear explanations, and gentle framing — not coaching or personalised advice.
This space is inclusive, anti-diet, and wellbeing-focussed.
If you’re tired of being told to try harder, lose weight, or optimise yourself — and instead want understanding, safety, and clarity — you’re in the right place.
