Your Journey to Confidence Starts Today
Welcome, This Space Is for You! Whether you're a young adult trying to find your place in the world or a woman carrying the weight of past experiences, this space is for you. You may be asking yourself: • Why do I keep repeating the same patterns? • Why do I feel stuck, even though I want to move forward? • Why do fear, rejection, or disappointment still affect me? • Who am I beyond what I've been through? • Is lasting change really possible? The answer is yes. As a Coach, I understand that our experiences influence the way our brains process life. Pain, trauma, rejection, loss, and unhealthy environments can shape the beliefs we hold about ourselves, others, and God. Over time, those beliefs become patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. The good news is that your brain can learn new patterns, and your mind can be renewed. When we intentionally challenge limiting beliefs, process our experiences in healthy ways, and align our thinking with God's truth, transformation becomes possible. This is a place where healing meets growth. Together, we'll explore: ✨ Understanding how your thoughts shape your emotions and choices. ✨ Healing from emotional wounds without allowing them to define your future. ✨ Replacing limiting beliefs with life-giving truth. ✨ Building emotional resilience and healthy coping strategies. ✨ Discovering your identity and purpose in Christ. ✨ Developing confidence, healthy relationships, and lasting habits for growth. Healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming who you were created to be. Transformation doesn't happen in one moment. It happens through small, intentional choices made consistently over time. Every healthy thought, every courageous step, and every truth you choose to believe creates new pathways toward hope, freedom, and purpose. Whether you're rebuilding after brokenness or simply trying to discover who you are, you don't have to walk the journey alone. Your past may explain your story, but it doesn't have to determine your future.

Believing Beyond My Limitations
Hi, everyone. I’m Daniel de Villiers, but everyone knows me as Nathan. I would like to briefly share my testimony with you. There was a time when I doubted myself and looked down on myself. But God placed someone named Pastor Natasha Kortje in my path. She saw something in me that I couldn’t see in myself. She constantly encouraged me to keep going and helped me believe that I could do it. Her words were always, "Don’t underestimate yourself, but trust that God can use you." I grew up in a Pentecostal church, and my dream has always been to worship the Lord and make music for Him alone. But there comes a time in a person’s life when you realize you need to become still before God. I started listening to worship music, and it led me into a deeper place of stillness and intimacy with Him. I began to desire to play worship on the keyboard, even though I didn’t understand the chords or know how to play them. About three weeks ago, Pastor Natasha asked me to play worship. My first thought was, "I don’t know how. I don’t know the chords." But I still told her, "I’ll do it." Every Saturday, and throughout the week, I practiced on my own. I practiced chords that I didn’t even understand. In that short time, God revealed His hand in an amazing way. Within three weeks, I was able to play worship chords that I had never been able to play before. Pastor Natasha continually reminded me to believe in God and to believe in myself. She would say that we must act in faith because the Word of God says, "According to your faith let it be done to you." (Matthew 9:29) Today, I want to encourage every young person: Don’t underestimate yourself. Believe in God, trust the process, and be willing to take the first step, even when you don’t feel ready. God doesn’t just call the qualified; He qualifies those He calls. Faith in God makes the impossible possible and turns dreams into reality. To God alone be all the glory! Thank you. 🙏

Live What You Believe
Knowing God's truth changes very little until you begin to live it. Jesus said, "If you continue in My Word... you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:31–32) Freedom doesn't come from hearing the truth once. It comes from living it every day. If God says you're forgiven, stop carrying yesterday's guilt. If God says He will provide, stop letting fear make your decisions. If God says He is with you, stop acting as if you're facing life alone. Every time your actions agree with God's Word, your faith grows stronger and fear loses its grip. Small acts of obedience, repeated daily, lead to lasting transformation. 💬 What's one truth from God's Word that you're putting into practice today? Share the verse that reminds you of it. "But be doers of the word, and not hearers only." — James 1:22
Practice the Truth Until It Becomes Your Default
Capturing a thought is the first step. Repeating God's truth is what renews your mind. The brain is wired through repetition. The thoughts you rehearse most often become the beliefs you live by. That's why renewing your mind isn't a once-off event, it's a daily decision. When the same negative thought returns, don't be discouraged. Every time you choose God's truth instead of the lie, you're building a new pathway of faith. When the thought says: "I'm not enough." Answer with: "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." (2 Corinthians 12:9) When the thought says: "I'm alone." Answer with: "I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5) When the thought says: "Nothing will ever change." Answer with: "With God all things are possible." (Matthew 19:26) Transformation isn't about never having negative thoughts. It's about becoming quicker at recognizing them, rejecting them, and replacing them with God's truth. Every choice to believe God's Word is strengthening your faith and weakening the old patterns that once held you captive. 💬 Today's question: Which promise of God do you need to remind yourself of today? Share the Scripture that's strengthening your heart. "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." — John 8:32

Capture the Thought Before It Captures You
Your thoughts shape your emotions. Your emotions influence your choices. Your choices become your habits. And your habits help shape your life. That's why Scripture tells us to "take every thought captive to obey Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:5). Not every thought deserves your agreement. Just because you think it doesn't mean it's true. The next time a negative thought enters your mind, pause and ask yourself: • Is this thought based on fear or faith? • Does it agree with God's Word? • Is this drawing me closer to Christ or further away from Him? Then replace the lie with God's truth. Instead of: "I'll never change." Say: "He who began a good work in me will carry it on to completion." (Philippians 1:6) Your transformation doesn't begin when your circumstances change. It begins the moment you choose to believe what God says over what your feelings are telling you. 💬 Today's question: What is one thought you're choosing to take captive today, and what truth from God's Word will replace it? Comment your thoughts below! "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind." — Romans 12:2
