No impact is too small
Hey guysI know i'm me late to the party today. I apologize , but I actually got to be a trainer today and cover a buddies fitness class show my day we spent prepping and executing a workout and helping others reach their goals. Even if those goals were goes , they didn't even know they had, or dot we're even possible. So I help buddy run in ad finish class , and I actually got to run quest today because he was out. We have somebody new in class that is relatively new to her chair, and isn't really comfortable in doing things from her chariot , including carrying while pushing. Well , today , she learned she could do both those things at the same time and her smile was exactly what I needed to remind me why I became a personal trainer and even why I started racing because I was able to show someone just because you're in a chair doesn't mean you can't do something. And to some , it may seem that I didn't do much actuality , I may not have , but I hope to show her that she could and that I believed in her , and that was enough to make her smile. Which to me meant the world! So never underestimate the impact you may have on someone , because even the smallest things can leave the biggest impression.
