Before participating, please take a moment to read these guidelines. They exist to protect everyone in this space and to help us walk together with care. Why These Guidelines Matter: This community holds tender stories and sacred trust. Many women arrive here carrying pain they have never shared out loud. These guidelines help ensure that this remains a space where honesty is met with compassion, vulnerability is met with respect, and healing is never rushed or judged. They are not rules meant to control, but boundaries meant to protect. Our Shared Commitments: - Confidentiality is essential. What is shared in this group stays in this group. Please do not repeat others’ stories outside this space. - Speak from your own experience. Share using “I” statements. Avoid giving advice, fixing, diagnosing, or pressuring others to act or respond in certain ways. - Grace over judgment. Everyone is at a different place in their journey. We honor one another’s pace, choices, and process. - Participation is optional, never required. You are welcome to read quietly, share slowly, or step back when needed. - Reactions are optional. Some women may choose not to react or engage visibly, and that is completely okay. - This group supports, but does not replace, professional or emergency care. We center Christ, prayer, and Scripture while allowing room for honest questions and emotions. These guidelines help us walk together with safety, dignity, and compassion.
