There’s something powerful about coming back to the root… Let’s work on our Root Chakra this week. The Root Chakra is our foundation. It’s where we build our sense of safety, stability, and security not just in the physical world, but within ourselves. When this energy is balanced, we feel grounded, supported, and confident in the life we’re creating. We trust our path. We trust that our needs are met. We move with intention instead of fear. So often we focus on growth, vision, and expansion but without a solid foundation, it’s hard to sustain anything long term. This work is about reconnecting our bodies and anchoring it into the present moment as well as the feeling of being safe, held, and supported. Through grounding practices, intentional routines, nourishing the body, and strengthening our inner stability, we begin to shift out of survival mode and into a space of trust and alignment. Because when your foundation is solid… everything else rises differently. 👣🌍👑✨
