Before we talk grab bars, ramps, or big changes…let’s talk real life 😅
We all have that thing in our home:
• The chair you stand on to reach a shelf
• The throw rug you’ve almost tripped on (but kept anyway)
• The dark hallway you walk through at night without turning on the light
• The stairs you carry laundry up while holding the rail with one finger
👀 As an OT, I see these every day and most people don’t realize they’re common risk spots.
