Hello! I am sebastian but everybody just calls me bas (pronounced like the fish🐟)
I have been cooking since i could walk but working in kitchens for almost a decade.
I am currently working on sourcing wild boar for a few new dishes at work.
One of my favorite core cooking memories is making quiche Loraine to bring to our elderly neighbors house.
