Hi every one! I’m Ryan — a breathwork facilitator, mushroom-educated wellness entrepreneur, and creative community builder. I run Holy Mush, a mushroom wellness brand rooted in education, integrity, and real-world benefits. I’ve just launched my website www.holymush.co.uk, offering carefully developed mushroom products alongside a mobile Holy Mush cart that can be booked for events, ceremonies, markets, and gatherings. Alongside this, I play guitar in The Butterfly Wheel, creating music and ceremony-led experiences, and I also run a construction and restoration company, keeping one foot firmly in the physical world while building meaningful projects. Previously, I founded and ran a clothing brand and hosted a long-form podcast with 60+ episodes, exploring consciousness, addiction, creativity, and the realities of the modern world and the humans moving through it. After years of excess, I chose sobriety and disciplined inner work. Breathwork, education, and grounding practices became the foundation of my life.
