The Shift ritual - 3 important days coming
The 3-Day Ritual: Release, Shift, Ground This weekend's astrology โ€” the Barbault Basket, plus Mercury finishing retrograde and the Moon moving into Scorpio โ€” is a real window for release work. Here's a simple way to work with it yourself, over three days. About 15โ€“20 minutes each day. Just a notebook and a quiet room. Sunday โ€” Release 1. Ground. Sit or stand, feet flat on the floor. Three slow breaths. Notice what your field feels like right now โ€” no judgment, just notice. 2. Write. Answer this: What have I been carrying that isn't actually mine to hold? List whatever comes โ€” an emotion, a tension, a pattern that feels older than you, something absorbed from someone else. Don't overthink it. 3โ€“5 things is enough. 3. Visualize. For each one, picture it leaving you โ€” like an exhale, or like smoke lifting off your skin. Take your time with this part. 4. Close. If it feels right, tear the page out and let it go โ€” outside, if you can. If not, just close the notebook with intention. Say: "I release what isn't mine. I keep what is." Monday โ€” Shift 1. Ground. Same as Sunday โ€” feet flat, three breaths. Notice if anything feels different from yesterday. 2. Write. Answer this: What am I actually ready to call in? What's been trying to move but hasn't yet? 3. Meditate. Sit for a few minutes with the space Sunday's release opened up. Don't force anything into it โ€” just picture it as open, available, waiting. 4. Set the intention. Write one sentence: "I'm making room for ___. I don't need to rush it โ€” I just need to stop blocking it." 5. Optional: take one small, real step today that matches that intention โ€” even something tiny. You can't rush what isn't ready, but you can stop standing in its way. Tuesday โ€” Ground 1. Ground longer than the other two days. Feet flat, or bare feet on the ground outside if you can. A few extra breaths. 2. Visualize the shift as already landed โ€” not "someday," but now. See yourself already living it. 3. Affirm it. Write 1โ€“3 short affirmations that anchor this into the present, not the future. 4. Anchor it physically. Pick one: a pinch of salt at your door, bare feet on soil or grass, or music you love, moved to on purpose. Whatever brings it out of your head and into your body. 5. Close. Write down one decision or action you're committing to this week โ€” your proof that this wasn't just a nice feeling.

The Practice That Opens the Month: Say It Out Loud
April we worked with your energy field. May we worked with your inner receiver. June we do something that will feel more uncomfortable than either of those things. We start using it. Not in a big dramatic way. Not by suddenly announcing to everyone that you're psychic. Just honestly. Truthfully. With yourself, first. Here is your practice for today. It takes three minutes and I want you to do it before you close this post. Sit. Breathe. And complete these sentences out loud, actually out loud, not in your head: "Something I know about myself that I've been pretending I don't know is..." "A gift I have that I consistently downplay or dismiss is..." "If I stopped waiting for permission to fully be what I am, I would..." Don't think. Don't edit. Say whatever comes first. The voice that shows up before your brain catches up; that one. That's the one we're working with this month. This is where June begins. Not with information. With honesty. Share one of your completions below or hold it privately if it needs to stay close. Both are right โค๏ธ
The Practice That Exposes Your Override Patterns
Today's practice is short. But it's going to show you something about yourself. I call it the Override Audit. And when I first did this on myself, it was uncomfortable in the best possible way. The Override Audit (10 minutes) Sit quietly. Have something to write with. Bring to mind three decisions from the past year โ€” one small (daily life), one medium (relationships or work), one large (a major life choice). For each one, ask: 1. What did I know immediately, before I thought about it? 2. What did I do instead? 3. Why? Most people find the same override patterns showing up again and again: โ†’ I overrode my knowing because I didn't want to disappoint someone. โ†’ I overrode it because I was afraid of what acting on it would mean. โ†’ I overrode it because I thought I was imagining it. โ†’ I overrode it because someone else was very sure, and I trusted their certainty more than my own quiet. Awareness is where change begins. Write down your pattern. Just name it. Something will shift when you do.
