30 Days to the best coffee ever.
1. Reduce coffee intake by 10% volume everyday for 10 days to avoid withdrawal symptoms.
2. Abstain from drinking coffee or any caffeine beverages for an additional 20 days.
3. ON Day 3-drink one small black coffee(can add cream) around 60-90 minutes after awakening.
Take 2 capsules of Magtein(Mag L-threonate)
This cup of coffee will be awesome.
