My goal:
To explore hockey recovery and performance, share actionable insights from my experience as a player and coach, post consistently in Hockey Rehab Pro, and build a community where players, coaches, and rehab pros can learn what really works. My mission is to help hockey players understand their body, recover smarter, and perform better on the ice.
The problem:
Too many hockey players follow generic programs or guess their recovery. The result? Injuries, lost ice time, and slower progress. Players need real, tested methods that actually improve performance.
My approach :
I focus on strategies Iβve used and tested in hockey training and rehab, showing what works on the ice, not just theory. No hype, no filler β just practical steps to help players recover faster, train smarter, and return stronger.
