What's the opening of your current read?
I started an odd little book last night, and I'm not quite sure what counts as its opening chapter (vs prologue), so I'll choose the option that I like best:
My name is Agnès, but that is not important. You can go into an orchard with a list of names and write them on the oranges, Françoise and Pierre and Diane and Louis, but what difference does it make? What matters to an orange is its orangeness.
