On the healing journey, we are presented with uncomfortable truths and emotions. When we're confronted with these uncomfortable emotions , we may feel overwhelmed. We may feel like we're headed in the opposite direction as that of our destiny. We may wonder why the universe is presenting us with this particular lesson. We may feel that the universal angels have turned their backs on us. After all , the healing journey must only contain love, light and bliss right ?? Its ironic that we are called to face the very thing we are afraid to feel the very most !!! Because its only in the act of walking through the passage way of our deepest fears and shadows are we set free. We begin to see that they hold no power over us other than the power we assign to them... Much like the boggart in the form a dementor in the movie Harry Potter 3 : prisoner of Azkaban, we see that we are stronger than our fears... We may even laugh at them when we look back... we may wonder- what were we so afraid of ?! When we look at our fears with a compassionate gaze , they melt away. We hold the power of alchemy to transform these shadows into light! 🕯 And just like waking up from a scary nightmare , we see that we've only been dreaming. We see that we are safe , held securely by loving presence of the universe. We begin to loosen the grip we have on fear... We start to lean towards the energy of love. We start to trust its signs and its ingenius ways. Even when we face discomfort , we see it as a blessing in disguise... After all, a diamond is formed through facing an inordinate amount of pressure ans challenge. Maybe we're no different. Maybe this is the process of alchemy throigh which graphite turns to diamonds and iron /copper turns to gold. So the next time we're met with a challenge, maybe we can simplh close our eyes , take a deep breath and gently remind ourselves of this truth. We can look at the challenge with a gentle curiosity. As an invitation to rise up to the challenge and become greater versions of who we are.

Felt like this one needed to be shared ❤️ Your whole world feels as though it’s turning to black, you’re a prisoner of the mind and you fear there’s no turning back… Complete turmoil, chaos, madness, and an unbearable wrath, broken in a million pieces and feeling like you’ve lost sight of the path… Yet, somewhere, deep inside of you, there’a a distant little spark, barely illuminating anything at all, but just one flicker of light can banish the dark… No matter how much the mind consumes you and feeds you these lies, even one tiny second of presence is enough to reveal the true “I” Much love!
