Welcome into High Vibe Tribe!
we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. We live by the values of courage, vulnerability, and presence and this community is focused on helping us all to grow into our most authentic selves. Freedom is the intention and as we meditate, heal and step into our power... we let go of the old and wire in a new way of being. We understand that our outer reality is a refection of our inner reality and rather than blame the outside or try to fix it, we look at ourselves and let go of parts of ourselves attached to the beliefs, patterns and past "familiar" energies keeping us locked in the past. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

What Does Your Study Mode Look Like?
I have a really strong curiosity about something...and I know I'm not alone in this, but I want to get a taste of everyone's flavor when it comes to this: I'm going to set a tone for you. As I write this post, I'm currently sitting at nightstand posing as a makeshift desk at the moment. This sits in front of a window that over looks the front yard, the neighborhood street, the neighbors' houses across the street and whatnot. The weather right now is nice and sunny, but kind of chilly. In short, it's a nice view to look up from when I take my eyes away from the laptop in times of deep thinking. Next to my laptop, I have a tablet with music controls playing some really chill Lofi music as well a rather fantasized cyberpunk city scape display (thank you LofiZen on YouTube) that occupies the tablet screen. I've got a selfie-tripod next to the nightstand desk for when I make video content and I'm shortly after I publish this post, I'm probably gonna go grab another cup of coffee and take a couple more puffs of a preroll I bought yesterday morning. 😅😅😅 I'm also in my blue "wizard" house coat and a pair of pajama pants. My curly nappy hair is ablaze in the most bedhead way possible and my face hair is absolutely no better as it looks like black and grey plants just fighting to grow chaos out of my jawline, chin, upper, and lower lips. (Trust that I am in some hot mess glory right now. 🤣🤣🤣) But though this isn't always how I conduct my work/study sessions, they do run something along the lines of this. Sometimes I don't always have music playing, there are times I like it quiet. Other times, I may not always be sitting at my nightstand so much as I'll actually be outside on my phone making posts or reading digital books the same way I do on my laptop (if I don't bring the laptop itself outside). I don't necessarily have one definite way in which I have my study environment, but when that time when I actually want to get a block of focus work in, I want to be sure I'm in a space where I can truly lock in and get to the work that needs to be done. 💯💯💯

This is how you stop caring what people think of you.
This logic has set me free in ways I can't even describe. I invite you to close your eyes and listen to this on repeat until it goes from a message heard to a message fully felt. Did you listen? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3MUZ6Rq_cI
🚧 Inner Renovation in Progress (Hard Hat Optional)
Today’s words of wisdom: Heal yourself first. The rest will come later. Not because the world is waiting… but because you are. Somewhere along the way, your inner world collected a few… let’s call them “decor choices". Old beliefs, emotional dust, a couple of “what ifs” stacked in the corner like unopened boxes since 2007. Then one day you decide to clean. And suddenly… wow. There was a window there. You wipe it, squint a little, and realize the outside world didn’t magically improve overnight. You just stopped looking at it through fingerprints, fog, and emotional Wi-Fi lag. Healing isn’t a grand movie scene with dramatic music and perfect lighting. It’s more like: - choosing a nap instead of overthinking your entire existence, - feeling something without immediately booking a one-way ticket to distraction, - staying present when your usual move was ✨disappear and rebrand✨. It’s quiet. Almost suspiciously quiet. But then… things start to shift. Not in a “fireworks and confetti” way, more like life gently sliding into alignment like, “oh… you’re available now? Great, I’ve been waiting.” So take your time. Tend to yourself like you would a rare, slightly dramatic plant. Water it. Give it light. Don’t yell at it when it needs a moment. Because you are something truly precious. And the rest? Relax. It has excellent navigation skills. It will find you. ✨
