Apparently, how we feel when we eat or drink changes everything.
If we are rushing, scrolling, and stressed, our bodies actually absorb that chaotic energy. But taking just a 5-second pause to breathe and set a good intention before eating completely shifts how our body takes it in.
It's wild how much our physical energy reacts to our focus.
