FYI on High Vibe 101!

it's been cool to offer a process so close to my heart for free inside this tribe for 30K plus people!

on the 21st I will be taking it out of beta testing and adding it to a 6 month coaching program paired with weekly coaching!

I'll be adding some of the OG The Shift Experience coaching and framework to it too

plus adding some sections I believe important like the frame technique and empath healing section as well we an additional shift technique section for identity transformation
