Day 2

The breathwork. What Aaron Said about the breath as a broom to swipe my system Clean; the breathwork as the ending of an inner Loop.

Sadness and Anger/rage; sobbing and animal Sounds. My teeth ready to rip Things, Like I was a cornered Biest that Had enough. Then the breathhold and the child. Stupefied and very confused and Not agreeing being confronted with that grown-up fun and being Made fun of. AS I child I Always Look inwards in Fotos, very quiet and serious. The inner child frim breathwork Looks Angry, even Just slightly. She holds her head a little down and Looks ahead. Back then in real Life she Had Not a Change in the world for getting through with Anger or any other reaction at all. She Had No language. That was painful and frustrating.
