Dance through distractions
This morning's meditation: "Life is best lived by focusing on your goals and dancing through all other distractions."
Sometimes in order to get focus you have to DANCE through all other distractions! That's what I've been doing since early July. Dancing releases a lot of stored emotions and energy. Using some of my percussion instruments combined with dancing, I believe I have been stomping on the heads of all the negative vibes sent my way, in the past, future, and PRESENT!
If you're having trouble focusing on your goals (or even knowing what your goals are) take some time to stop thinking and DANCE!

UPDATE: I came across the Rumi quote on dancing and just LOVE IT:
"Dancing is not just getting up painlessly, like a leaf blown on the wind; dancing is when you tear your heart out and rise out of your body to hang suspended between the worlds."
