This week has been very insightful so far!
My biggest findings have been seeing the difference eating potatoes with a meal versus a more slow burning carb sweet potatoes was on how quickly my blood sugar decreased!
My biggest question is why do I get low blood sugar to the point of the alarm going off after eating a small dessert in the evening?
