Recipes for your weekend
On our Thursday call, I mentioned these recipes to factor in to your week if you can, and test the response. For fiber experiments, I have attached "Flax pudding" and our infamous "Grain free flax bread", which is very high in fiber AND protein - win win!
Paleo Tabbouleh is made with hemp hearts instead of couscous, making it a much higher protein salad, along with the great veggie based fiber. Enjoy and let us know what you try and how your CGM responds!
