Meal order magic!
It really works! My regular breakfast is a pancake bowl with Flourish protein pancake mix, chia and flax seeds, blueberries and Greek yogurt. On Monday, I ate it my usual way and today I had yogurt+seeds first and pancake mix/blueberries after. Here are my curves for both days! It’s not as delicious eaten separately, but interesting to see the difference!
