BIG CHANGES: We are now High-Return Leadership. Hello, fellow leaders! I want to share some updates with you about our community and how it will be changing. I have worked hard to understand how to build a community. I think there are a few things I was not getting right, hence the stall in new members. One realization: being unclear about how we can achieve real ROI while developing our leadership skills. The conclusion I've come to is that, as business owners, it's vital for us to see a return on the investments we make, whether in time or money. This was not demonstrated directly in the previous name, nor in how I created the classroom content. My strong belief is that when we take leadership training, it is rarely tied to how it actually pays off in our business. Hence this shift. I want to prove that we can tie measurable ROI to enhanced leadership skills. The underlying philosophy does not change: Leadership + Team + Systems is still the backbone. The change is that content will now be much more intentional about how those components interact to improve profitability through mindset, teambuilding, repeatable systems, and more. Over the next few days, I will be updating some of the branding and reorganizing some things. I've already changed the community name to "High-Return Leadership" and updated the URL as well. Don't worry if you have bookmarks; I believe the URLs should still forward to the new one. DM me if you have trouble finding anything during the renovation. Finally, thank you for being here. Hi all! I've been wanting to start up my YouTube channel again for a while (scary), and I've finally taken the plunge. I've just published '5 Behaviours of Leadership Presence', which serves as a great intro or supplement to the Leadership Confidence & Presence training already in the classroom. Our members-only classroom content is the 'how' to do that thing, from learning a skill to implementing a system, for example. The YT vids are meant to inform, educate, and generate traffic to our community. 🎬 A bit of behind-the-scenes sharing: In the interest of keeping things simple and just getting it done, there's no editing or music or anything fancy. Coming from a background where I know how to produce high-quality content, I don't love this. HOWEVER, I am forever on a journey of focusing on curiosity over perfection, so here we are. So for now, I am building the habit, and I will up the production and editing once I prove to myself I will stick with it. Then, editing and such will be a gift to myself once I've been consistent.

Accessible to everyone, the new Free Training Library will provide a place for free-tier members to learn along with the rest of the community! I've added the first lesson, The 5 Behaviours of Leadership Presence. This training goes hand in hand with the Leadership Confidence and Presence training in the Leadership Systems Lab training library. The difference: The Free Training Library features training that shares the more philosophical or theoretical side of leadership. The Leadership Systems Lab and Leadership Design Sprint trainings are much more hands-on, with guided worksheets and activities to help you build and practice leadership, team-building, and systems skills in a meaningful way.
