I am a deeply emotional and motivated person at work. My biggest lesson here was learning not to assume intentions, priorities or my own limitations. I’ve learned to set boundaries, present my case in my own best interest, read the workplace environment, understand political skills, and know who to approach and when. Most importantly, Ed helped me recognise my strengths and weaknesses, gain clarity on a job/business I want , and see the value in the positive experiences I’ve had in my career.
