Hi! Welcome to the group! 🌹 First, understand that this group is about YOU and is and will be tailored to fit YOUR needs as it grows. I will be answering questions, providing 1:1 or group education and/or practice sessions as requested. I created this group because, as a new RN years ago, I knew that there had to be a way that I could eventually work from home but I didn’t know how to take that first step. Fast forward to now - 18 years later - and I have learned a LOT about home health coding and OASIS review, how to break into the field, and the common mistakes that new (and even experienced) coders/ reviewers make that cause them to fail employer entrance exams.
