Hero Skool has become an integral part of my life as I've made Life-changing improvements to my physical and mental health thanks to the awesome members of this community! The value in this group, is not just in knowledge about fitness, but mental and spiritual growth, self-expression, and camaraderie. Also it's a haven for anime lovers of all ages which is just awesome! I'm especially proud to have been here and help build out the group with my closest friends and the awesome mentorship of DJ!

Training with DJ White in the Hero Skool group has been a complete game-changer physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. The spectacular challenges pushed me well past my limits, but the strong group camaraderie made even the toughest workouts manageable. Beyond fitness, the program inspired me to read more books and look deeper into anime and manga for real life lessons rather than just entertainment. Overall definitely a life time member and look forward towards more from this group!
