CHALLENGE DAY 4- How are we doing?
How is everyone doing with this Challenge? If you are feeling like it won't do much for you, I want to say you will be wrong.
The Challenge isn't about who can do the most, or move the most distance in a short amount of time. It's about building a habit that will yield more benefits than you might think. These benefits may include:
  • Better mobility
  • Increased physical capacity
  • Improved immune system
  • More energy
  • The ability to maintain healthy habits
  • And much more
It does not even take that much time out of your day to not only accomplish this small win everyday, it also shows you that you can stack wins and build momentum, self-confidence, and a better quality of life.
So....
