CHALLENGE DAY 2- How's everyone doing?
Day 2 is here. How is your challenge coming along?
I understand fitness can be complicated and frustrating. That's one of the reasons I posted this challenge. All you have to do is move or exercise for 15-30 minutes each day, and yes, walking for 15 minutes counts.
