The Middle Class Heroes In Waiting curriculum leads students through a 12-lesson journey focused on empathy, resilience, and healthy relationships. Students learn to recognize bullying, navigate peer pressure, manage emotions, respect differences, and safely step in as upstanders. Each lesson includes engaging media, meaningful discussion, interactive activities, and take-home reflection, equipping adults to reinforce skills that build confidence, connection, and a culture of belonging.

The Upper Class Heroes In Waiting curriculum challenges older students with a 12-lesson journey grounded in real-world scenarios. Students explore bullying, advocacy, empathy, emotional resilience, assertive communication, and digital responsibility. Lessons include short media, guided discussion, experiential activities, and practical application, equipping adults to support deep conversations and help students build a culture of belonging rooted in courage, character, and responsibility.
