Hero Self Defense Academy is the co-ed education hub for our instructor pathway. This is where we will build the foundation for real-world self-defense instruction through awareness, prevention, decision-making, and fighting skills. Hi everyone! Im working on our first module "Introduction to Violence Prevention and Self Defense" which is unit 1. Please feel free to go through it multiple times as I'm learning this. My process right now is plugging in the articles, formulating "knowledge checks" (quizzes), and just getting all the information in there. When Im done with unit 1, I'll make videos for each chapter/article. Please give me lots of feedback and look at it through a students eyes :)
