This is an every growing community and you my beautiful sisters are founders of something we hope will be so serving to you and others. My name is Nora, and I am the co founder of this community. I am a trauma informed practitioner who has worked as an assessor with child protective services for many years and realized how broken the system truly is and am fighting to change it from a place of advocacy. I am also a survivor of domestic violence and narcissistic abuse. I have been victim to a spiritual handler and my story (as most) is one for the books. I believe the only thing that has saved me is God… so from the most non secular, non religious, non dogmatic space you will hear me pray, drop into the quantum fields of Christ and speak faith over our community often. This is a place for EVERYONE of all backgrounds… we aren’t here to judge or shame we are here to SLAY shame, own our mistakes, be accountable and empower one another. I can’t wait to see yall on the call tomorrow. Xoxo Nora

Happy Saturday: You Are Allowed to Make Happy Memories Today 🎃🤍
Sometimes we tell ourselves: “I’ll relax when this is over.” “I’ll be happy when everything is resolved.” “I’ll enjoy my life when I finally feel safe again.” But your life is happening now. You can acknowledge the pain without giving it every moment of your day. You can carry unanswered questions and still laugh with your children. You can be healing and still experience joy. Joy does not erase what happened. It reminds you that what happened does not own all of you. “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24 Inside HER Safe Place, you’ll find: - The Calm & Clear Documentation Workbook - The Parenting Plan Preparation Workbook - The Returning to Her Guided Journal - Healing and nervous-system resources - Supportive courses and community conversations If you want deeper personalized support, message us about Becoming Her Mentorship with Shakera and Nora. We help women heal, realign, rediscover who they are and rebuild a purposeful life and online business beyond the conflict. This community provides education and peer support—not legal advice or therapy. Today’s action: Put your phone down for one hour and create one happy memory. What will you choose to enjoy today? 🌿 Happy Halloween Mamas 🎃👻

A Note From Shakera & Nora 🤍
Some days, navigating family court and high-conflict co-parenting can make you feel like you have to carry everything alone. I know how exhausting and isolating that can feel. My own experiences showed me how much women need a safe place to find support, practical resources, and encouragement while they rebuild. That’s why Nora and I created HER Safe Place. We want women to feel seen, find tools they can use, and remember they are still allowed to build a life that feels like their own. You don’t have to have every answer today. Take one small step, and give yourself credit for taking it. 🌱 “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.” — Isaiah 41:10 📘 Start with our free Calm & Clear Documentation Workbook in the Classroom. 📝 Explore the Parenting Plan Preparation Workbook for help organizing your thoughts and priorities. 💛 If you’re looking for more personal support as you rebuild, message Nora and me to learn about Becoming Her mentorship. You deserve support, encouragement, and room to move forward—one step at a time. ✨ What’s one small step you’re giving yourself credit for today?

A little hope rests in others stories…
The Shame We Were Never Meant to Carry I had my first son at 18 years old. I’ve been married twice. And somewhere along the way, I allowed the world to convince me that these were things I should carry shame for. Shame for becoming a mother young. Shame for marriages that didn’t last. Shame for the choices I made when I didn’t know what I know today. Shame for staying. Shame for leaving. Shame for starting over. Shame for not being the woman society thought I should have been. And then there’s another layer of shame that comes when you’ve been in relationships where someone continually reminds you of your past. Where your mistakes become ammunition. Where the things you confided in someone during vulnerable moments are later used against you. Where your entire identity becomes defined by the worst chapters of your life. You can leave the marriage and still carry the voice of the person who spent years telling you who you were. And if you’ve ever experienced that, you know exactly what I’m talking about. But something I’ve come to understand through my own life, my work with women, and my spiritual journey is that shame and grief often live together. We grieve the marriages. We grieve the years. We grieve the family we thought we were building. We grieve the younger version of ourselves who believed love meant enduring things we should never have had to endure. And sometimes, we grieve the woman we never got the opportunity to become because we were so busy surviving. For me, this is where the deeper work begins. In Becoming HER, I work with what I call quantum codes — the beliefs, emotional associations, inherited conditioning, and stories that we carry into adulthood and continue to live from without always recognizing them. Not because our past determines our future, but because the meanings we’ve attached to our experiences can quietly influence how we see ourselves. A young mother who was judged at 18 may spend the next 20 years trying to prove she is worthy. A woman who has been divorced twice may unconsciously believe she is the common denominator in everything that went wrong.
