Stage 6 - The Rebuilding Stage of Transition
“This is where you begin again… but this time, with intention.” After the breaking… After the letting go… After the wilderness… You arrive here. Not fully whole yet… but no longer who you used to be. This is the Rebuilding Stage. And let me tell you something powerful…This stage is not about rushing. It’s about reconstructing your life with clarity, wisdom, and alignment. 🌿 What the Rebuilding Stage Looks Like This is where you begin to: ✨ Reconnect with yourself ✨ Rediscover what truly matters to you ✨ Rebuild your confidence piece by piece ✨ Establish new habits, boundaries, and beliefs ✨ Start walking in the direction of purpose—even if it feels unfamiliar You’re no longer surviving… You’re strategically starting over. 💭 But Let’s Be Real… Rebuilding can feel uncomfortable. Because now… You can’t go back. But you’re still growing into what’s next. You might question yourself: “Am I doing this right?” “Is this really who I am now?” “Can I trust this new version of me?” And the answer, Sis? Yes. Because this version of you… Has wisdom the old version didn’t. Has strength the old version hadn’t developed yet. Has faith that’s been tested and refined. 🔑 What You Must Remember in This Stage 💛 You are allowed to rebuild slowly 💛 You are allowed to try, fail, and adjust 💛 You are allowed to choose differently this time 💛 You are not starting from scratch—you’re starting from experience This is not a setback… This is a strategic setup for your next chapter. 🌻 A Gentle Reminder God doesn’t just restore… He rebuilds with purpose. What you’re creating now will be stronger, wiser, and more aligned than anything you’ve had before. So take your time. Be intentional. And trust the process. 🙏🏾 Prayer for the Rebuilding Stage Heavenly Father, Thank You for bringing me through every stage of this transition. Thank You for carrying me through the breaking, the letting go, and the wilderness moments when I didn’t understand what You were doing. Now, God, as I stand in this rebuilding season, I ask for Your guidance.

Stage 7 - The Alignment Stage
Hey Sis… this is the part where everything starts to click. 🌿 THE ALIGNMENT STAGE OF TRANSITION 🌿 You’ve cried. You’ve released. You’ve wandered through the wilderness. You’ve done the inner work. And now… You’re not forcing anymore. You’re not chasing anymore. You’re not questioning yourself the same way anymore. YOU’RE ALIGNED! This stage isn’t loud… it’s clear. It’s not rushed… it’s intentional. It’s not chaotic… it’s ordered. Alignment is when: ✨Your decisions match your values ✨Your life reflects what you prayed for ✨Your peace becomes your confirmation ✨You stop shrinking and start standing Sis… this is where you stop trying to make things happen—and start moving with what God is already blessing. You’ll notice: – The confusion is lifting – The distractions don’t hit the same – Your “no” comes quicker and your “yes” comes with peace – You feel a quiet confidence rising up in you This is what happens when you stop living out of survival…and start living out of purpose. But let me keep it real with you… Alignment requires discipline. Because just because something is available it doesn’t mean it’s assigned. Everything that looks good isn’t aligned. Everything that feels familiar isn’t your future. In this stage, you have to guard your: 🧠 Mind ❤️ Heart 👣 Steps Because you’re no longer just healing… YOU’RE BECOMING! And becoming requires agreement. Agreement with who God says you are. Agreement with the direction He’s leading you. Agreement with the version of you that no longer settles. So if things feel different right now…If your circle is shifting…If your desires are changing… Don’t panic. You’re not losing yourself. You’re aligning with yourself. And Sis… that version of you? She’s powerful. She’s focused. She’s obedient. She’s walking in authority. Welcome to your alignment season.
Stage 7 - The Alignment Stage
Stage 5 - The Discovery Stage of Transition
There comes a moment in your journey when the fog starts to lift…Not completely. Not all at once. But just enough for you to see that something new is being formed within you. That moment? That’s The Discovery Stage. This is the stage where you begin to meet yourself again. After the Awareness. After the Disruption. After the Letting Go. After the Wilderness… You start to discover: ✨ What you actually desire ✨ What no longer fits who you’re becoming ✨ The gifts that were hidden under survival mode ✨ The voice inside you that you ignored for years And here’s the truth, Sis… Discovery is not always loud. Sometimes it happens in quiet mornings. In journal pages filled with honesty. In moments where you finally admit, “I want more.” This is the stage where curiosity replaces confusion. You begin to ask: • Who am I now? - What do I truly want in this next chapter? - What is God calling me to step into? And instead of running from those questions…You lean in. 💛 You try new things 💛 You explore new ideas 💛 You give yourself permission to not have it all figured out Because discovery isn’t about having answers… It’s about being open. Open to growth. Open to change. Open to becoming. Sis, this is where confidence starts to rebuild—not because everything is certain, but because you’re finally trusting yourself again. And let me remind you… 🌱 You are not starting over🌱 You are starting from experience🌱 You are uncovering the woman you were always meant to be. So if you feel a shift…If you feel a pull toward something different…If you feel a quiet excitement mixed with a little fear… That’s not confusion. That’s discovery. And it’s beautiful. Prayer 💛 Heavenly Father, Thank You for meeting me in this season of discovery. Thank You for gently revealing who I am and who You created me to be. Even when I don’t have all the answers, help me to trust that You are guiding every step I take.

Stage 4 - The Wilderness Stage of Transition
There is a place in every transition that feels… quiet. Not peaceful quiet. But unfamiliar quiet. The noise of your old life has faded… But the clarity of your new life hasn’t fully arrived yet. THIS IS THE WILDERNESS STAGE. It’s the in-between. The space where you’ve left what was… But haven’t fully stepped into what will be. And if you’re honest… This stage can feel uncomfortable. You may feel: • Lost • Uncertain • Disconnected • Questioning everything But hear me clearly… The wilderness is not where you are forgotten. It’s where you are being formed. 🌿 WHAT HAPPENS IN THR WILDERNESS? This is where God begins to: ✨ Strip away old identities ✨ Break unhealthy attachments ✨ Strengthen your faith ✨ Teach you to trust Him without clarity In the wilderness, you don’t have the old titles to lean on. You don’t have the familiar routines to hide behind. All you have is… God. And that’s the point. 🔥 WHY THE WILDERNESS FEELS SO HARD Because it challenges your need for control. You can’t rush it. You can’t skip it. You can’t always explain it. The wilderness will stretch you emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. But it’s also where: 🌱 Your roots grow deeper 🌱 Your voice becomes clearer 🌱 Your strength is built in private 💛 A WORD FOR YOU IN THIS SEASON If you feel like you’re in the wilderness right now… You are not behind. You are not stuck. You are not forgotten. You are being prepared. There is purpose in this pause. There is clarity coming after this confusion. There is a version of you on the other side that is stronger, wiser, and more aligned than ever before. 🙏🏾 Prayer God, In this wilderness season, help me trust You when I don’t understand what You’re doing. Quiet my fears and strengthen my faith. Remind me that even here, I am being led, shaped, and prepared for what’s next. Give me peace in the process and confidence in Your plan. Amen. 💬 LET’S TALK Share one thing this season is teaching you. Sis… this isn’t the end of your story. This is just the place where God is writing your next chapter. ✨
Stage 4 - The Wilderness Stage of Transition
STAGE 2 - The Disruption Stage
The Disruption Stage of Transition — the part nobody celebrates, but everybody feels. This is the stage where life starts shifting… and it doesn’t ask for your permission. The job no longer fits. The relationships feel different. The routines that once gave you comfort now feel confining. And suddenly, everything that once felt stable… feels uncertain. Disruption is uncomfortable because it interrupts your normal. But hear me clearly… Disruption is not destruction. It’s divine interruption. This is the stage where: - You start questioning everything - You feel stretched beyond your comfort zone - You don’t fully recognize your life anymore - You feel the pull for “more” but don’t have clarity yet And let’s be real, Sis… This stage can feel like confusion, frustration, and even grief. Because you’re not just losing what was… You’re being introduced to what could be. 🌱 Here’s what you need to understand about the Disruption Stage: 1. IT’S NECESSARY Growth requires movement. And sometimes movement requires disruption. 2. IT’S INTENTIONAL God is not caught off guard by your discomfort. He uses disruption to reposition you. 3. IT’S PREPARING YOU Even when it feels chaotic, there is a setup happening behind the scenes. 💭 Reflection Questions: - What in my life no longer feels aligned? - Where am I being stretched right now? - What might God be trying to shift or remove? 🙏🏾 Prayer: God, Even in the middle of disruption, help me trust You. When things feel uncertain, remind me that You are still in control. Give me peace in the process and clarity in the confusion. Help me not cling to what I’ve outgrown, but to embrace what You are doing in me. Amen. ✨ Affirmation: I am not falling apart… I am being repositioned. This disruption is working for my growth. I trust the process, even when I don’t understand it. Sis, if you’re in a disruptive season right now… You are not behind. You are not broken. You are becoming.
