Hey sis 💕 if this is your first time fasting, don’t be nervous — God is going to meet you right where you are! Here are a few quick tips to help you stay focused and encouraged 👇
💧 1. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water throughout the day — this keeps your body strong while your spirit stays alert.
🙏 2. Pray every time you feel hungry.Turn those hunger pains into praise and prayer. Use that moment to talk to God.
📖 3. Read your devotional and Scripture daily.Feed your spirit with the Word — it’s your daily bread during this fast.
💬 4. Journal your thoughts and prayers.Write down what God is showing you — this is part of your transformation.
💞 5. Give yourself grace.If you slip up, don’t give up. Get back in alignment and keep going — this is about relationship, not perfection.
