He knew you. He chose you. He set you apart.

This fast is not just about sacrifice —it is a return back to identity. A return back to intimacy.A return back to the call we ran from, neglected, or forgot.

Like the prodigal son in Luke 15, God is not waiting to punish you. He is waiting to embrace you — robe in hand, ring ready, feast prepared.

This is the day we fully surrender.This is the day we turn back toward the Father with joy and expectation.This is the day we step out of the old and into the new.
