Lucky Noodles & Egg Fried Rice

Some foods are eaten because they have a special meaning.

π Lucky Noodles (Long Life Noodles)
π You Will Need:
- 200g dried noodles
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, peppers, sweetcorn β whatever you have!)
- 2β3 tbsp soy sauce
- Cooked chicken or tofu (optional)
π©βπ³ How To Make It:
1οΈβ£ Cook the noodles in boiling water (ask an adult to help).
2οΈβ£ Heat oil in a pan.
3οΈβ£ Add garlic and vegetables β stir for 3β4 minutes.
4οΈβ£ Add the cooked noodles.
5οΈβ£ Pour in soy sauce and stir well.
6οΈβ£ Serve and enjoy!

π Easy Egg Fried Rice
π You Will Need:
- 2 cups cooked rice (cold rice works best!)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- Mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
π©βπ³ How To Make It:
1οΈβ£ Heat oil in a pan.
2οΈβ£ Crack eggs into the pan and scramble them.
3οΈβ£ Add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
4οΈβ£ Add rice and stir well.
5οΈβ£ Pour in soy sauce and mix everything together.
6οΈβ£ Cook for 3β4 minutes until hot.
