Feeling confused
If you keep saying 'I'm confused,' try this. You may be trying to make the RIGHT decision. Grab a piece of paper and finish this sentence five times: 'I'm confused because…' Don't edit, just write. By the fifth answer, you'll find the problem hiding underneath. Why does it work? Writing gets thoughts out of your head so your brain can focus on what actually matters. What if you already knew the answer but didn't trust yourself yet?
