🚨 Europe Update: The 4-Day Workweek is Getting REAL
Germany just finished a 4-day workweek trial (same pay, fewer hours)… and 73% of participating companies are planning to keep it.
Read that again: same pay + more life.
Meanwhile, Spain’s attempt to reduce the standard workweek to 37.5 hours got stalled politically- but this kind of data from Germany keeps the pressure building across Europe.
