New Hero Card: Journal - Update 7.11.2026 v1.3
I've added a Symptom Journal hero card to the Helix360 home page — track how you feel over time. What's New 🎉 Hero Card on the Home Page — A new "Symptom Journal" card now live in homepage dashboard section, making it easy to jump straight into your journal. You'll also find a "Journal" tile in the navigation strip for quick access from anywhere in the app. What You Can Do - Log symptoms and side effects — Choose from 15+ symptom types including injection site reactions, GI issues, mood changes, fatigue, brain fog, and more. - Rate severity from 1 (mild) to 5 (severe) with a color-coded visual scale. - Tag body location — Pinpoint where you're feeling it: injection site, head, abdomen, back, full body, etc. - Add notes — Capture timing relative to doses, possible triggers, duration, and context. - Edit and delete entries — Full control over your own records with inline editing. - Visualize trends — An interactive chart correlates your dosing frequency with reported symptom severity over 7, 30, or 90-day windows, so you can spot patterns between what you're taking and how you're feeling. Double click on doses taken per day in visualize graphs. - Logs leveraged for your own personal AI Health Assistant chat From the home page, click the new Symptom Journal hero card or tap Journal in the nav strip. Your journal starts completely empty — add your first entry and build a personal health timeline from there. Track what you feel. Spot the patterns. Make informed decisions. Feeling GREAT! 🏆
This morning I finally woke up and saw the scale break 200lbs (199lbs) at 5.11 feet tall and 21% body fat with only a 7 of visceral fat. 185lbs and ~15% body fat seems even more attainable than ever before! At my highest 245lbs I felt sluggish my relationship with food was bad and my blood work really bad. Triglycerides very high at 195+ and other markers in the red. Now my labs are all green and I can keep up with my Golden retriever. Life is good and I'm super thankful for my brother in law who opened a new world to me when he mentioned Reta. For the first time since high school I can look in the mirror and see ab definition and I'm only at 21% body fat and have ~15lbs left to goal. None of this would have happened without my brother-in-law introducing me to TRT then Reta. That conversation opened a whole new world of tools, discipline, and sustainable change—combined with training, high-protein nutrition, and the right mindset. I’m genuinely excited to see what the next 6–12 months bring. Life feels lighter, clearer, and full of possibility. If you’re on your own journey, keep going. We only get one body—treat it well, stay consistent, and the results will come. Here’s to all of us improving our quality of life, one pound and one better day at a time. 💪 Luka 🧬 https://Helix360.Life

In the market for a Smart scale? 7.3.26 🇺🇸
Tracking Your Weight + So Much More: Why the RunStar 8-Electrode Smart Scale Is a Game-Changer for Body Recomp. 💪 Happy 4th of July weekend, everyone! 🇺🇸 If you’re deep into peptides, TRT, training hard, and dialing in nutrition like I am, you already know the scale doesn’t tell the full story. Dropping weight is one thing — but losing visceral fat while holding onto (or building) muscle? That’s the real win. That’s why I’ve been loving the RunStar 8-electrode smart scale I’ve been using for months. Note: I get no commission and this post isn’t sponsored by Runstart I just wanted to share a tool I’m using and enjoying with y’all. Heads up: Amazon currently has it on sale with a $40 coupon, bringing it down to $129 (I paid $169). That’s a steal for the insights you get. Grab it here if you’re ready to level up your tracking: https://a.co/d/07H6AdOL Why Go Beyond Just Weight? Most bathroom scales only show pounds. This one uses 8 electrodes (4 on the platform + 4 on the retractable handle) and dual-frequency Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to scan your entire body — upper limbs, lower limbs, and torso. It delivers segmental analysis, meaning it breaks down fat and muscle distribution in each area instead of just giving you one whole-body number. I even compared it to a DEXA scan and was surprised how close the readings were for the key metrics I care about. It’s not 100% perfect (no consumer scale is), but it’s an excellent, affordable daily/weekly trend tracker versus shelling out for frequent DEXA scans. My starting point: ~245 lbs at roughly 29–30% body fat (pre-TRT/peptides). I’m 5’11”. Right now I’m sitting at 202lbs and 22% body fat, and my goal is 15–18% at 185 lbs. Thanks to this scale, I can actually see whether the peptides (like Retatrutide), training, and lifestyle changes are preferentially dropping visceral fat versus subcutaneous fat, while confirming I’m adding or preserving muscle. That data keeps me motivated and helps me adjust protocols intelligently.

Superpower vs Rythm Health labs 🧬
Superpower (superpower.com) and Rythm Health (rythmhealth.com) are two popular direct-to-consumer blood biomarker testing services. They target health optimization, longevity, and proactive monitoring rather than traditional diagnostic lab work. Have you tried any of these services? TL;DR (Rythm vs. Superpower Blood Testing) Rythm is great for monthly affordable tests with limited biomarkers/panels they test. Superpower is more expensive but more comprehensive and more of a once/year baseline snapshot view with great support and insights. You can also import your labs and visualize for free with built in AI insights at https://helix360.life 🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬 🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬🧬 Core Comparison - Rythm Health: Monthly at-home subscription (~$79/mo + shipping/tax, ~$100 effective). Uses painless Tasso+ device (small upper-arm sample, free pickup). ~25–30 core biomarkers focused on hormones (Test total/free, E2, SHBG, etc.), lipids/ApoB, hsCRP/inflammation, ferritin/Vit D, thyroid (TSH/FT3), metabolic markers, basic CBC/liver/kidney. Strong on trends and frequent optimization. - Superpower ($199/yr base or $399 in NY) for one annual 100+ biomarker panel (deep screen: advanced lipids/Lp(a), full hormones/thyroid, metabolic, liver/kidney, nutrients, CBC, bio age, etc.). Standard lab draw (or at-home extra). Broader for early detection + AI protocols + 24/7 care team. Key Tradeoffs: - Rythm: Wins on convenience (painless monthly), trend tracking, and feedback loops — ideal for your TRT (dose/E2 monitoring), peptides (inflammation/recovery), Retatrutide, fitness recomp, ferritin/Accutane effects. - Superpower: Wins on breadth/depth and value for one comprehensive check + support ecosystem. - Pricing/Value: Rythm for ongoing ($100/test monthly); Superpower for deep annual ($199–399/test). Recommendation 🧬 Start with Rythm for monthly actionable data on your stack/training (perfect complement to Helix360). Add Superpower (or Function) annually for full screening. Both HSA/FSA eligible; not medical advice — share with your doc.
