Been on a clean diet for one week now
~2200 calories on workout days
~2000 calories on off days (cardio only)
I’m down 8 pounds - from 232 to 224. I know the first week is a lot of stored glycogen loss and water weight.
So going forward, what should I watch out for to make sure I’m not at too high of a caloric deficit?
I do have a naturally fast metabolism and I want to preserve as much muscle as possible during my cut
