Yesterday I woke up early and sat for tea with Jesus I shared all of what I was feeling, he nestled in next to me. He was strong and steady, calm and present. I felt like I could sit there for hours. I watched the sunrise, it was long and tested my patience. Later, this beautiful line appeared in the sky. I knew it was him wishing me well for my day. I spent 2 hours driving this afternoon, countless signs he was with me. 444 twice, 111, 999, 333, 777 All reminding me I'm doing the right thing. Taking leaps. Having him catch me. To say I'm grateful is the least I can share. I'm excited too. I feel renewed. I'm available. I'm ready. I'm here. God always communicates with me through nature, and more recently, license plates with triple digits. For the last 2 years I've seen triple digits on license plates multiple times a day. Yesterday there was a point I giggled because there were so many lol How do you receive messages/ reassurance from God?

I can tell you all the ways to love yourself... Make you a nice list to follow and but it's not until you're face to face with your past patterns, thinking, or behaviors is when the work really begins. I recently had an experience that showed me the subtle ways I self abandoned myself. Little things that felt like choices I was consciously making but were really old patterns of seeking love outside of myself or compromising myself in ways I thought I'd be ok in. It was a gentle grief that moved through me as I sat with myself, my inner child, and God. There was no shame this time though. Just awareness, compassion, and grace. Loving myself has been my greatest life's work. Love and worth had always been tied to something outside of me. Some achievement, someone, or something. I'm in a new space. A space I've never been before. It feels tender and yet also familiar. My Soul remembers. God has been redirecting me. I'm just showing up and moving in love and grace.
