Tell me about your spiritual awakening
We all have a moment in time when everything began to change.
Sometimes it's a death, divorce, birthing of a child, change in country.
What's that moment for you?
For me, the first spiritual awakening (yes there were many lol) was when I was about 28 years old and a long term relationship ended in a man having a baby with someone else 😲 it absolutely crushed me and BROKE ME OPEN.
It was then I awaken to my life has so much more meaning than these circumstances. It was gut wrenching and beautiful all at the same time.
My life will forever be changed from that man who I loved dearly. Who saved me from an abusive relationship I was in (literally he got me out of a situation when I was being held captive for hours in a tiny bathroom). Even after that incident, the awakening wasnt as profound as the one of infidelity.
I knew deep in my Soul I would be a mother one day and when that happened, that dream was reassigned and placed somewhere else to awaken another day (more on that another time).
