In this seminar, I teach one of the most important skills for ADCC that is so often overlooked - the skill of pinning your opponents back to the mat after a guard pass.

The Tarikoplata is typically considered one of the strongest and most controlling joint locks. It is also fairly uncommon so modern defensive skills have not yet caught up to their offensive counterparts. Once you understand some basic escape mechanics, you'll be hoping your opponents put you in a Tarkioplata so you can have an easy escape.

In this course, we cover the best ways to use and score 4 point sweeps and takedowns for ADCC. 4 point takedowns are the hardest scores to achieve but if you are smart about how you do them, they can be the best way to make a late comeback or go up by a lot of points.
